Following my moan about my 4k box freezing. On My4 I have found that the green circle is not stopping my M4 program if I watch on my TV smart apps and using M4. But it is a bit of a game switching from the box to my tv set of apps to watch a program another having to to stop the adverts and restart the program again. I have been resetting the 4K box regularly and it makes not the slightest difference .
Could I have a new 4k box please.

Have you reset the box by pressing the button on the side 5 times ?
