Hello again

 

My internet disconnected  for a while at the weekend. Then came on.

I realise I will need two batteries, one for for the house phone and ONT.  As we are not classified aa vulnerable I would have to pay. What is the approximate cost please? I tried Live Chat but gave up waiting. Thanks for your assistance.

A battery backup is no use whatsoever in the event of a broadband outage. It is intended for short-term power cuts.

From the 29th of March our TalkTalk Community will move to peer-to-peer support and the TalkTalk team will no longer be here to support with queries.
