We cannot get Iplayer etc on the Dn360T box.

Do we need another type of box ?

What would you recommend ?

Hi

 

Have you powered off the box for 5 minutes and retested ?

 

Do other apps work ok.

 

If still failing, try a Youview Maintenance Reset

I'm not aware of any changes to BBC Iplayer to stop it working on the legacy boxes, only to ITV X.

 

What happens when you launch I player ?
