"Technical Issues"page when i try to check availability.

I already have a Ftth connection, 2018 new build flat, when i put postcode phone# and address into the availability checker it goes to the technical issues page.

 

Does this mean i can't get your service?

 

None of the comparison sites list any providers other than "Tell Sid" or EE as available to me.

As long as your property is registered on the BT network you should be able to order from us.

As this section of the forum is dedicated to UFO (connected by City Fibre), I fail to see why checking if registered by BT has anything to do with things?

 

UFO has no connection to "Open Reach", am I missing something here?
