Hello,
My topcashback claim isn't tracking, despite my Fibre 150 installation having been completed quite some time ago now.
In order to file a missing cashback claim, I require an order number that begins with 'N7' 'N8' or 'S0' followed by 7 digits, mine is numerical only ( 10 digits, beginning 1014). The order number is nowhere to be found on 'My Account', nor on my bill.
Can you please let me know how to get hold of this number?
