I was sent the redeem link to get my free Amazon echo dot. I click into it and it didn’t automatically add to my basket (I am already logged in on my devise). I went into basket and click a few other places and still no echo dot in my basket. I tried the link again and it said it’s already been redeemed. Please can you help. Thank you
