Autilomatic compensation not received

We had no internet between 16/07/2024 and 05/08/2024. I previously raised a complaint about communications during that time and I was assured that there would be automatic compensation as per the scheme specified. It's now been over a month since the resolution and we've recieved no compensation.

Once the investigation is complete you will receive an SMS/Email.
