Auto compensation not received

  • Help please

 

I was given a go live date of 29/12/2022 but my service didn't go live until 17/01/2023.

 

I Was informed by the complaints team that I would receive auto compensation 30 days after I go live. This hasn't happened,.

 

Could someone look into this please?

Still waiting for the promised auto compensation.

 

I'll give it until the end of the week, but it seems the only way to get anything done is via another complaint.

Nothing showing in my online account, not received any email or sms confirmation.

 

Is there timescale for the auto compensation team to approve?

I can see a pending credit, so I will ask the Auto compensation team to approve this.

No it hasn't, the credits you can see in there are redress for the complaint I had and not the auto compensation.
