I have now received 3 emails warning me that I will be charged £50 if I don't return the hub in the "supplied" bag. This bag has failed to appear, so I contacted you via your complaints system and you duly agreed to send the bag and details of return. I still haven't received the bag and details but today received an email telling me you were now charging the £50.
Please send the bag and details for return and do not charge the £50.
The total lack of ability to be able to talk to TalkTalk is truly appalling, you should be ashamed of yourselves, or at least, change the name.
