Being evicted from property

Hello I'm being evicted from the property I'm told that bailiff will evicted me on the 28 Jan 2024 how do I close my account down for that date please I don't want my Landlord having my internet ect

You must give Talktalk 30 days' notice, @MandiD29.

 

You must cancel by phone:

 

03451 720088

 

Open 9am till 7pm weekdays, till 6pm on Saturday. 

 

Keep a note when you phone, in case you have to chase them up about it.

 

I'd get onto Talktalk (LOYALTY team  / retentions) sooner, rather than later, given Christmas pending plus the fact they work hard to hang onto customers, so you'll need to be persistent and hold them to your 30 days.

 

Remember, they invoice a month in advance, so it can take a while to sort out a final bill. Refunds for unused days must be claimed back via My Account. Keep your Direct Debit in place till everything has been sorted 

 

You'll also have to return equipment.
