Even tough I signed up for a new deal and contract I am still being charged the higher rate every month. Anyone else having this issue. Pretty aggravating considering I`m along standing loyal customer. Also you cannot ever seem to chat with anyone grrr.

Hi Arne. Well after waiting for a response for an hour this morning given up. I have a screen shot of the conformation and I have a copy of the contract dated, so a bit peeved that as an existing customer, I am still being overcharged. GRR

Sorry that you are having problems
Best option would be to call the loyalty team on 03451720088, There is no renewal order on your account, which is out of contract since July, therefore you are being charged the full out of contract price.
