Bill and change over from Shell

Hi, My bill is not normally this high.  Please explain it to me as I have had no contact regarding changeover and don't want to increase my bills.

Hi Maryd1959

 

Your contract status and price plan remain the same as with Shell, however the first bill is always higher as it includes the charge from the time you started with us upto the first bill date, in this case £9.80 + your monthly charge is on top of that as we charge in advance, the next bill will be the usual charge per month £24.37

If you migrated from Shell, your first bill from Talktalk will include the switch over period, which may overlap with what you had previously covered with Shell. 

 

To discuss any aspect of the switch over call 03451 720088 and ask for the Shell migration team.
