My direct debit is usually collected on the 30th of the month. On 23 June my bill for 23 June to 22 July was issued. However I was in the process of leaving Talk Talk, with a switchover date of 25 June. My phone and broadband were switched to my new provider on 25th. My direct debit is still active and I am now waiting for my final bill. No payment was collected on the 30th and the bill issued on June 23 is now showing in My Account as overdue. Can someone please advise?
