About 6 weeks ago I changed my Talktalk password on advice of Talktalk due to a security threat. Since then everything has worked well except when my bill arrives the email states the monthly amount as £52.50 which is correct. However when I log in to view the bill every amount appears as zero. When I try to access detailed breakdown I receive a message which says “ There is a technical problem please contact us”.
Can anyone please help me to rectify this problem.

It looks like you are logging into the old account, when the account number changed ending 8518 a new My Account login was created, registered with a @hotmail.co.uk address.
That is your active account.

When I receive the email that contains my bill the account number is listed as **removed**. This is before I log into my account. When I log in and the bill appears my account number there appears as **removed**. This is possibly down to the fact that when I moved house 8 months ago Talktalk had a terrible time sorting out my new contract etc. and for a while I received 2 bills each month for the same address that I had moved to.
I thought that Talktalk had sorted that problem out but perhaps not.
My e mail works perfectly well.
My previous posts to the forum in the past were under the name of Dave75. When making this post I had simply forgotten my previous forum name.
