Hi,
I have recently transferred my TT phone service to Sky, and wish to close the account associated with that phone number. Even though TT are not providing the service anymore, I am receiving monthly bills from them for zero amount, which seems pointless.
Is there anyone who can help me with this? I really don't like calling TT and speaking to them - I just get wound up at the lack of customer service from them, and that's why I decided to transfer the service to another provider.
Any help gratefully received.

@Claude1, don't use Chat to cancel.
Call 03451 720088 and speak to the Loyalty / Retentions team, if you are trying to leave [or switch using one touch switch].
Not a wise move simply to cancel the Direct Debit - it doesn't take much to get a black mark on your credit history, or get tangled up with debt collectors.

Go back to the billing message board and click on start a topic to begin your thread.

Same situation has happened to me. I fear that the computers have taken over. As I have totally failed to contact any humans or even got an informative response from Mr and Mrs Bot. I’ve stopped my direct debt , but they’re threaten with a £12.50 admin fee for late payment?
