Hi,
I have recently transferred my TT phone service to Sky, and wish to close the account associated with that phone number. Even though TT are not providing the service anymore, I am receiving monthly bills from them for zero amount, which seems pointless.
Is there anyone who can help me with this? I really don't like calling TT and speaking to them - I just get wound up at the lack of customer service from them, and that's why I decided to transfer the service to another provider.
Any help gratefully received.
