Hi,

 

I am really confused right now.

 

I have made payments on the following dates:

 7 December

 13 December 2 January

9 January

 12 January

 

What happened to the usual monthly payment? Could you confirm that these payments have been received and correctly applied to my account? Please let me know if any further action is needed.

The payments made by card have been received, the monthly direct debit is being rejected each time. 

 

You may need to speak to your bank.
