Every time I try to log in to pay my bill today, it says preparing account details, preparing your bill, preparing your dashboard and then it goes back to the login page and I get a message saying Sorry - for technical or security reasons we cannot log you in. Please refresh and try again.

Update - just tried to login to my bills straight after i posted the reply and it logged in ok so looks like it's been mended.

I've been getting same yesterday and today. Give it till tomorrow when staff are back at work, hopefully it will be sorted.
