Hi,
I have just been transferred an account as I will be taking it over in the property. I received several e-mails including one to register a web account, but on filling in the 1st page of that form I get "User not found. Please double check the information entered." As far as I can tell all the info I give is correct, and I even tried some variations.
I had tried contacting an advisor on web already, who tried resetting something but it didn't help. We left it at try again later. Still no luck.
Any ideas? I have put account/phone numbers in profile.
