Hi

My cancellation has been processed but i have received a letter  advising my estimated final charges and that i am keeping my landline number . I assumed that when i cancelled my landline number would be cancelled also at the same time?

I have checked the cancellation request and both the services landline and broadband will cancel today (10th).

Are you changing supplier?

 

If so, did you ask them to transfer your number? If so it may be this the letter is referring to.

 

TalkTalk do not do landline only contracts, so your phone will end with your broadband.

 

I assume the cancellation date was mentioned in the letter.

From the 29th of March our TalkTalk Community will move to peer-to-peer support and the TalkTalk team will no longer be here to support with queries.
