Hi, I've tried several times to cancel my Unlimited UK Calls Boost - I've followed the instructions, but although it's listed on my Package and Add Ons / My Services sections, whenever I click to manage the boost I get to a page that doesn't show me as having any boosts at all!
Please could someone cancel it for me (I need Caller Display and Last caller barring to remain active).

There have been intermittent problems managing the boosts from the customer end for several years now, @Poole6, so it's sadly not unusual for you to have to request this directly with Talktalk.
Just use the contact links in the signatures above (& check details of opening hours - phone support will not be available on Sunday).

Hi @Poole6 it is possible you have a pop up blocker enabled in your browser, worthwhile to check and disable or just use a different browser.

Sorry, I did read the post but misunderstood - a shame it's gone this way as it was an simple way to get some types of problems sorted!
