Dear Team,
I wounder if you can please help me; I am having problems with receiving my cashback from topcashback; they have asked me for an order number/account number that should be in either format S***** or N*****.
I have passed on my account number, order number and phone number but none of these begin with an "S" or an "N' and so they are not accepting them - they have asked me to contact TalkTalk for advice.
I would be very grateful if you could help with this, as the cashback deal was a big reason that I signed up with TalkTalk in the first place.
