Replacement Router Request

My internet has been dropping in and out for a month and frequently shows a red light almost all of the time. I am using the shell router from having been switched and I believe it is faulty as all tests on the line have indicated this and not a connection fault. I would like to request a new router thank you.

You will need to contact the Shell Migration team via Chat or on 03451 720088 after 9am, @Redsquirrel25.
