Hi all. Wondering if anyone could help? I’m a bit fed up and asking for help. I’ve had an issue with my internet dropping and not being available on and off. An open reach engineer came out but after this certain apps stopped working.
long story short I had another live chat with an agent who said they would send an engineer out but there would be no fee. My bill hit this week with a £75 charge. I’ve just had a 50 minute call from talktalk but they refuse to believe me and said they would have to check the logs.
I don't believe the logs are even saved at this point and I didn’t screen shot the chat (why should I have to prove this when I was told?).
Is there anything I can do?
