I just received my bill for this month and I appear to being charged for a missed engineer visit, which if I remember correctly did not occur, I had at least once instance of an engineer straight up not showing up despite me waiting in all day and them rebooking the time on the day. I can only assume its related to this thread and the engineer callout from it. I had brought this up over messages with other people before and I was assured I would not be getting charged for the engineer not showing up previously, so why am I now being charged?

I just got off the phone after about an hour and a half and have managed to get the charge removed, I didn't realise you'd made this thread for me while I was on the call, thank you for trying to help but I've managed to get it sorted out now, that was very kind of you.

I'll move this to the billing section to check - you had issues requiring engineer visits much more recently than this, @laram.
Staff should be able to see what date the charge applies to etc.
