Can anyone clarify if I will get automatic compensation of £30.46 per missed appointment added to my account for 2 City Fibre engineer booked appointments both missed appointments by non attendance by engineers please?

Auto-compensation is calculated 30 days after the fault is reported as fixed. Missed appointments are covered by the scheme https://community.talktalk.co.uk/t5/Articles/About-your-auto-compensation-credit/ta-p/2326583
