Hello 

 

please can you look into my account . I have been having recurrent connectivity problems over 2 years . You will see I have commented when the internet has gone down . 

Over the last 3 days we haven’t had internet all afternoon, reconnected at 7.30pm . 

this problem happens when the weather is hot. You will be able to see my call log over the last 2 years . 

it is a lot of money we are paying a month For no internet. 

please can you look into this

@Rose66#, compensation can't be calculated until after a fault is resolved. 

 

Automatic compensation is applied if engineers haven't resolved the issue within the minimum period allowed for repairs.

Unfortunately it's not designed for intermittent faults - almost everyone gets these from time to time! It's  for sustained periods of complete loss of service lasting many days that this covers.
