My contract for my talk talk account ends first week in may,  yet when go on customer offers / update just  shows 

We’re sorry, there are no new offers to show you right now.  

I am sure thats what did last time renew contract and only form of communication is by internet

The best renewal deals are usually available by phoning customer services and asking to speak to the Loyalty Team. If you are unable to phone, then you could possibly try via live chat.
