My current contract ends mid April, and looking at the options to renew I’m not being offered any of the full fibre packages.
If I use a different address in the same postcode I am offered full fibre. Full fibre is available in my neighbourhood.
why if full fibre not an option for my renewal please?

Ok. Thanks for checking. I’m not that bothered about it so I’ll leave it.
I just find it weird that when I put in my next door neighbour’s address then you will offer it. At least 4 people who live with 50m of me have it and I know that fibre is in the street as I saw it being installed.

Ive checked your address and sadly full fibre is not available through us at the moment, but im sure that will change in the future once our systems update.

Phone in to double check.
The date is not a problem as you are so near the end of the contract anyway.
Infrastructure is more street by street, rather than postcode (which covers a much bigger area) and can come down to the individual house.
Having Full Fibre in the street doesn't mean that Talktalk offers it at this time.
