ENGINEER VISIT

We have a complaint about the charge you are imposing for a visit from the engineer on 30 April 2025.  My wife spoke to your Mr Sandile on 31 March 2025 to outline our phone problems and you said you would test the system and also arrange for an engineer visit to sort out the problem. You also said that no charge would be levied but that we would be compensated for the disruption we have experienced.  Now you want to charge us £75 for a visit which turned out to be unnecessary.  Please reconsider this.

I have looked into this and I can confirm that this engineer charge is valid. Before the engineer is booked you are sent terms and conditions which state that the visit is chargeable only if the engineer replaces your router due to a fault, or if a further external engineer needs to attend, there will be no charge for the visit.
