Hi

 

Can you make sure you are exdirectory via your account? If so how - do you have to wait until your set up before your account works - as it times out atm. what ever option i chose.

Ex-directory is on the order, so when you go live your number wont be in the phone book.

I'll move this to the billing section where they can check this for you, @kate-sun.

 

My Account choices often don't save correctly even when the basic billing has been set up. Staff will reply after the weekend.
