Fibre65 renewal

Have tried to renew my current fibre65 package but after putting address in it says it can’t renew the package I am already on ! Error was checking the line speed. Haven’t received a renewal email yet. Renewal price is cheaper but can’t do it

@Midastouch, on a Saturday, phone lines are open till 6pm.

 

Chat is also available over the weekend and renewals can be done through them.

Ah, you need to get in touch with them. they are open until 7:00pm.

Thanks. Hopefully the retention team will contact me. It needs to renew in 2 weeks.

there is no option to remove a mobile phone from my account either.

unfortunately busy at work so can’t ring during the day

Your best bet is to contact customer services directly, try calling 0345 172 5157 after 9:00am tomorrow and you should get straight through to the retentions team.
