Hi,
I am enquiring as to the status of a TalkTalk £25 voucher that was promised 45 days after full fibre upgrade installation. We installed around the 4th of September.
Still waiting on an email from Giftcloud etc?

I'm the same no email after installation date 11/12/2023. Hate it when companies chase after you to get your custom then you don't get what's promised. I've bn with talktalk for years and haven't had any reason to complain, but hopefully somebody on here can help.

No idea why this didn't get a reply, @MajorBash67.
All I can do is keep flagging it up for attention.
If staff are not on every weekday, quite apart from not on at weekends, there can be quite a bit of catching up to do.
