Full Fibre Upgrade - no £25 voucher supplied

Hi Guys,

 

I was promised a £25 Amazon voucher 45 days after the free upgrade to Full Fibre, which took place on 30/10/2023.

 

I have checked all junk folders and there has been nothing from GiftCloud at all.

 

Please can you investigate this for me?
