Hi,

 

When I joined in May it stated I would receive a gifclud reward card within 45 days of my connection going live but up to now nothing has been received. I've checked the spam/ junk folder too.

I'm pretty sure it said £100 or £150. It was on the website at the time of checking out and there were different amounts depending on the package.
