I was moving to Now for my broadband and phone when customer retentions called me and offered me £100 Giftcloud voucher to stay which I did.
I’ve received confirmation emails for my new contract with Talk Talk but no email from Giftcloud confirming the voucher will be received in 90 days. This actually happened when I signed up to Talk Talk via broadband choices so I know the email if critical to receiving the voucher!
I called the retentions team who saw the voucher had been requested on my account but I’ve checked my spam folder too and I’ve received nothing. They said they would escalate it and I should receive the email in 24 hrs but again nothing.
Can someone here please help? It’s the only reason I stayed with Talk Talk and without the voucher the service is more expensive than the offer I had from Now.

Also add your Talktalk landline number / account number to your community forum profile details.

I am having the same issue.
I signed renewed my contract and was promised a £130 voucher. I have contacted gift cloud with no response. Can someone help me please?
