Hi,
I posted this in another message but had no response.
There is an incorrect call charge on my latest talktalk bill. I've been charged for a call on the 7th July at 10:30am lasting 38 seconds.
When that call was made no one was home at the property. However i had reported an issue with my broadband sync speed and an OpenReach engineer was looking into my issue on that particular date.
I suspect the engineer was testing my line and made this call as a test.
Can this call charge be waived as it was definitely not made by me?
