There's an Activity tab in your Community profile that shows your topics. Lower down the Activity tab you'll see Notifications. You should also receive an email notification of replies so just select the email subject title to get linked to the reply. There's also a Bell icon seen by selecting your Community avatar top right that shows notifications of replies, likes and solutions.
Your most recent topic is here. Select the link to the left and scroll the resulting topic page to review the reply.
If this reply is helpful for the solution then select the triple vertical dots Options menu bottom right of the selected post and then select the menu item Accept as Solution. .
