How to activate my loyalty discount

Hi

I keep forgetting how to post so apologies if this is wrong or if my question is already live but I can't seem to find it now. 

 

I was told to activate my loyalty discount every 3 months and it's due to be done now. I forgot to ask who to contact to do it. I have a transcript of the conversation stating I would get it if that's required.

Is this in relation to your TV service? The usual avenue for this would be directly via the loyalty team themselves, use the normal contact details.
