Hi All,
I have recently moved home and found that TalkTalk has hiked my price up from £28 to £35, and placed me onto a new 18month contract. I was under the impression I would have remained on my previous contract as I was under a 24month even after moving home.
I would ideally like to speak to someone over the phone and have them talk me through my bill but it is absolutely impossible to get past the automated helplines unlike my previous experience. The chat is not particularly useful in my opinion and I've got different agents not really answering my query.

If you had continued your old contract, there'd have been a £60 moving fee.
If you take out the new contract, that gets waived.
This should have been discussed at the point of ordering the move.
