I have spent numerous hours with the 'live chat' nonsense. I received confirmation about my cancellation (verified on their chat emails) that I have cancelled in time and no further payments are due. I am unable to contact the billing dept, to stop their emails about overdue bills. Any email from them is 'no reply'. Hopeless company.

There may be a charge for equipment or late billing for phone calls - it says on the cancellation page that these can come in later.
