Changed my tariff with IsMyBillFair on 18/1/2024. TalkTalk still haven't contacted me. Any one know how to escalate ?

I was wondering about this as I too received an offer via IsMyBillFair (I was at the end of my TalkTalk contract). It was 26 per month instead of 36 per month. Pretty good.
I contacted TalkTalk using their live chat. They didn't seem to know about it so I showed them a screenshot of the offer and they changed it (welll, matched it) there and then.
I saw on TrustPilot that several people have not had their IsMyBillFair offer actioned by TalkTalk, so using the live chat might work, as it did for me.
Hopefully helpful for someone.

Ive checked your account, we haven't been contacted, Your account is out of its minimum term so you will be paying full price call the loyalty team on 03451720088 They will be able to see what options are available
