@Robert1310

Several comparison websites still mention Fixed PricePlus, but Talktalk's own pages don't appear to be promoting the option.

Do ask about it proactively.

From the 29th of March our TalkTalk Community will move to peer-to-peer support and the TalkTalk team will no longer be here to support with queries. Don’t worry we still have plenty of ways to reach out if you need to speak to TalkTalk directly. For more details check out the link in the post at the top of any forum message board.

You are best checking by speaking to agents on 03451 720088 or Chat, @Robert1310, and fix up your new deal through them, not just via Offers & Upgrades etc.

You can also avoid it by taking out a Fixed Price Plus deal, though you have to pay a higher monthly ongoing charge throughout the contract. Check whether your package qualifies for that.
