A number of months ago, I was set to switch Internet provider and leave TalkTalk but I was offered £50 in Amazon vouchers to keep TalkTalk as my provider. I took up this offer but am yet to receive any vouchers. Please advise how to escalate so that I receive these vouchers.

@Andrewshepherd800, make sure that you have completed your community forum profile details for TT staff to identify your account.
Go via your avatar/name; settings; add your Talktalk landline number in Personal Information. SAVE CHANGES.
