When paying my bill online on 29th December 2023 my phone froze. I went back and checked my bank app and confirmed that no payment went out. I went back into the talk talk and went through the payment again. This time it went through. However, when I checked my online bank app the payment had gone out TWICE!

If you possibly can, the simplest thing right now is to leave the surplus in there and it will simply be used towards the next bill, @Theresaconnolly
Any transactions now may take till Tuesday to show as processed, and staff will not be back on here before then.
