Moved to BT- where to send my old equipment ?

I switched over to BT and would like to send my router back please before I get charged.

It's not possible for staff to email you a label. 

 

You'll need to wait for staff to follow up after the weekend, @Martdy.

 

If you have a better address for deliveries to be sent to, rather than your workshop, add it in Private Notes. The returns bag would always be sent to the address specific to the account, unless you fix up another arrangement. It really should have reached you by now!

 

Go via your avatar; settings; drop down menu. At the end of the Personal Information area find Private Notes. Add the preferred address there.

 

Scroll down to find the SAVE CHANGES button.

I've not received the returns bag yet which may be due to my workshop having very erratic postal deliveries.

Is it possible to email a label please.

Please return to the message board and click on start a topic. 

 

Staff reply Monday to Friday, during the day, and there's usually no problem issuing a returns bag with a prepaid label. But best done in your own thread.

Hi i have a shell router from when i was migrated to Talk Talk

I have now gone to a new ISP

 do i need to return the router?

( i still have the box)

and could you send me a return slip 

that i can stick on the box to return the router thanks
