It's not possible for staff to email you a label.
You'll need to wait for staff to follow up after the weekend, @Martdy.
If you have a better address for deliveries to be sent to, rather than your workshop, add it in Private Notes. The returns bag would always be sent to the address specific to the account, unless you fix up another arrangement. It really should have reached you by now!
Go via your avatar; settings; drop down menu. At the end of the Personal Information area find Private Notes. Add the preferred address there.
Scroll down to find the SAVE CHANGES button.

Staff reply Monday to Friday, during the day, and there's usually no problem issuing a returns bag with a prepaid label. But best done in your own thread.
