I moved to a new supplier 15th August and my account wih you should have been cancelled.Why have l received a bill ?

Your account doesn't cancel until the 20th so we are still providing a service until that date, therefore billing continues. After the cancellation completes you will receive at least 2 more bills the next one will show a credit for any overpayments on this bill, then a final zero balance bill.
The online account remains active for upto 12 months, incase you need to check an old bill.

Hi @Pierreandre39 does the bill ask for money or offer a refund. Either way it is probably a final final bill.
