My bill is incorrect

Hello my bill is incorrect my services are being closed. You’ve billed me for one month only.

Hi Kayp24

 

You service ends on the 8th and you bill is produced on the 1st, you will be owed a refund for the period after the 8th to the end of this month this will be available on the 1st Dec.

Do you mean that you expected more early termination fees, @Kayp24?

 

If you are out of contract, however, you'll be billed for the 30 day notice period. There will be a further bill to sort out any refunds etc, and then one for £0.00, finally. 

 

Have you received email confirmation of the cancellation?
