Hello there, I try last night to be a new customer for fibre interwitj talk talk. I put all my details and they show some problems with payments. Today I checked my bank and I saw that money are taking from my account but I haven’t any confirmation email with the purchase.
can I know what’s going on now?
did I complete the purchase and do I need any confirmation email about that?

What did you actually purchase, @Gjonia?
If you were simply signing up as a new customer, your first bill would not appear so soon.
Please put as much information in your community profile as possible.
Go via your avatar/name; settings. Personal Information. Other information can be added in Private Notes, at the end of that section. SAVE CHANGES.
