Hi,
Can anyone advise on why after treating the sender(TT Customer Care) as "Not Junk", why does my TT On-Line Bill notification always goes into Junk Email?
This has been happening now for several months now.

@GerryMac if you are using your TalkTalk or legacy email address as your my account login, it's unusual as TalkTalk no longer allow this for security reasons, hence why we have offered the advice we have so far.
If your billing email is going to junk using Webmail then you will need to contact TalkTalk to discuss as there are no staff here any longer.

@GerryMac the forum was never able to deal with third party email clients - only Talktalk webmail.

Has TT got an email Client Help Forum? I thought this was that, although I know that TT Staff don,t monitor this forum now, which is a crying shame.

Probably one to ask your email client help or a forum dedicated to your email.
It's unlikely to be something that TalkTalk cause and is being treated as junk by your email service.
All you can do is keep transferring it from junk to your inbox and mark it as safe, and add the email address to your contact list.
