Hello,
I've been trying to pay my bill via online payment (as i usually do) however this time when i get to the enter card details page there are no fields showing to enter the information. i have tried logging out of my account and back in again several times, i have logged on using a different device but the problem is still there. Is anyone else experiencing the same or know how to fix it?

If you need help for your individual case, please start your own topic by returning to the message board and clicking on start a topic.
Posting on another customer's thread doesn't help anybody get this resolved any faster. Algorithms will see just one thread here with several replies.
There should have been 5 separate threads for the individuals concerned and then the issue would have been flagged up more automatically.
I have escalated the issue twice to the forum management who have contacted the relevant department.
Meanwhile, pay over the phone as detailed in the guidelines above.

I have this problem as well, it's a pain in the *@#][!![]'#[@#]!*!!,..2 weeks now, and 2 emails, still nothing.

Yes, you are not imagining things. I am having exactly the same problem. Best to give them a call and pay over the phone, in the meantime, and hopefully they will have fixed the problem by the end of the next billing cycle. Good luck and God bless! ♡

@Prest678, the solution for now is to use one of the alternatives in the link that was provided earlier.
It's more helpful for Talktalk getting an idea of numbers of customers affected if you start your own topic, as simply adding to another customer's thread doesn't add to their statistics.
I informed Talktalk of the issue on Monday as cases were building up all last week. The best method meanwhile is over the phone.
They have a 24 hr payment line:
0345 1720040
You need to have your Talktalk account number and valid credit / debit card to hand.

Been like this for 4 days just says technical error, they have done nothing to sort this issue.
Same thing happens again with link above if you enter your card details.useless
